    Under the direction of the Chief Test Pilot, the Instructor Pilot is responsible for providing both ground and flight instructions in accordance with the Flight Operation Manual.     • Ensure pre-flight preparation of the flight plan taking into consideration maintenance performed serviceability, weather, aircraft limitations, fuel requirements, destinations and alternate airport requirements
    • Ensure load carried is secured to prevent shifting in flight, and the weight and balance is calculated and is within the permissible range
    • Ensure fuel placed in aircraft is not contaminated
    • Conduct thorough inspection before flight
    • Conduct safe, quality flight trainings and post completion flight tests
    2. Prepare, conduct, develop and revise training curriculum
    • Use company training material when available, and when not, develop, write, review, and revise Pilot training program to meet customers#8217; needs
    • Organize time table and student enrolment for courses ? Teach assigned program/curriculum, ensuring objectives are being met
