    The B737 SFI/TRI will be responsible for the conduct of the highest quality full-flight simulator based instruction for customer flight crews receiving initial, transition, differences and/or recurrent training in accordance with Boeing Standards and regulatory guidelines and the approved syllabus.

    The individual will effectively train customer flight crews in the safe and efficient operation of large commercial airplanes or other aerospace products or systems by providing accurate technical information through the use of state-of-the-art procedures, training equipment and methods.

    Conduct flight crew training of customer pilots during the full flight simulator phase of training at local and remote sites.

    The role will involve up to 50% project based work to support training operation within the ATO.

    Conduct thorough briefings prior to each training session to provide the training expectations, as well as debriefings and critiques at the end of each training session, to ensure that the customer is aware of their performance. Provide a brief outline of the training events for future sessions.

    Evaluate and document the pilots#8217; performance and progress in the training sessions in the relevant records and reports to allow third party assessment, and report.

    Report any customer training problems or conflicts to Flight Training management.

    Perform administrative duties relative to training such as preparing for the delivery of training, record keeping, monitoring customer progress, training development and maintenance of training programs.

    Communicate with the Simulator maintenance function to report any simulator problems or malfunctions

    Enable the efficient delivery of training by ensuring that all administrative duties relating to training are arranged and the briefing room and simulator are prepared in readiness for the training session.

    The ability to perform all of the duties required of a Flight Training Ground School Instructor along with the necessary project work as and when required.

    You'll be an experienced 737 pilot holding a minimum of 500 instructor hours.

    You#8217;ll possess an Airline Transport Pilots License with multi-engine rating and a type rating from a recognised signatory country for the program airplane.

    BE 200GT / 350 Full Time Line Pilot position; the FAA Part 135 Flight Department is attached to a large NW Utility Company and the aircraft are based out of PDX. Estimated starting date is July 1st.
    Job Duties:
    Providing air transportation for company employees, elected officials, VIPs and other government personnel in OR, WA, ID, MT, CA and infrequent flights into CAN. The majority of the flights are day trips occurring Monday - Friday. Some overnight stays / weekend operation or extended duty days might take place depending on company needs and assignments. Flights are performed in a two pilot crew environment with alternating PIC - SIC assignments. Annual Factory training for M/M as well as FAA Part 135 internal training must be attended as scheduled. When not assigned to flight activities, the pilot shall be on a one hour call back.
    Qualifications/Licenses:
    ATP - MEL with large turboprop rating, current First Class Medical, current driver license with clean driving record, US Citizen with current passport
    Required Skills/Experience:

    This position is at ATARS Kirtland AFB, NM.
    Provides instruction to C-130J military aircrew regarding aircraft systems, planning considerations, and operational employment in the following mediums: classroom, training devices, and flightline static aircraft. Provides subject matter expertise during the Instructional System Design process associated with contractor delivery of aircrew training modules. Performs secondary duties directly related to student training as determined by the Weapon Systems Lead instructor. Hiring of ATARS Contract Instructors is predicated on demonstrated superior instructional aptitude coincidental with flight experience in C-130 mission design series. Instructors are potentially required to travel off-site to receive or provide C-130J systems and academic/simulator training.
